Clean Energy Roundtable Recap: Powering Up at Climate Week NYC 2025
Climate Week NYC 2025, under the theme “Power Up,” highlighted the urgency of securing stable, clean power—and the people advancing the technologies and markets to deliver it.
The Sun Company was proud to co-host the Clean Energy Roundtable in Midtown Manhattan alongside EisnerAmper and The BESSt Company, bringing together leaders across technology, finance, and development to discuss how clean energy projects are being structured, financed, and delivered in a post-policy market.
The morning featured two dynamic sessions:
Beyond Incentives: Derisking Clean Energy in a Post-Policy Market
A discussion on how innovation, collaboration, and performance—not subsidies—are driving the next phase of clean energy deployment. The Next Power Shift: The Technology Redefining Energy Security and Reshaping the Clean Energy Sector
A conversation on the critical role of energy storage in building a clean, renewable, and secure energy future.
Together, these panels explored how energy is evolving from a commodity into a strategic asset—a foundation for resilience, growth, and stability across industries.
We extend our sincere thanks to EisnerAmper for making this event possible—especially Michael Morris and the EA team—and to Janine Urbaniak Reid for producing the event on behalf of The Sun Company and The BESSt Company.
We also thank our panelists and moderators for leading an inspiring discussion that reflected the true drivers of progress in clean energy:
